Throughout this wonderful journey of life I have always gone out of my way to be as positive as possible and inspire those around me to be the same.
In recent years I have discovered a fantastic tool called ‘E-Colours’ which completely transformed an already positive mind into a much more powerful one. By learning to ‘live with intention’ I am now able to understand my thoughts and actions but, more importantly, I also have a better understanding of my friends, family and anyone else I encounter along the way. It really has changed my life. So much so, that in 2023 I became a Certified E-Colours practitioner with the sole purpose of assisting other people to realise THEIR true potential by also living with intention.
I’m so glad Andy introduced me to e-Colours, the report I received is a tool for life and the improvement of my relationships.
I think, hand on heart, it’s the second best thing that’s happened to me this year, tbh I wasn’t looking forward to the zoom meeting as I find public speaking hard to say the least but the environment was so warm and friendly that the 2 hours flew by and I was left wanting to say more and for the meeting to go on.
I think the world could be a better place if we understood ourselves and others more, I can’t wait for the rest of my family to take the PDI.

I have found the whole e-colours experience absolutely amazing. Not only have I learnt a lot about my self that I was not always aware of I have also developed a lot of personal relationships and feel I am on my way to be the best version of myself.
This will help in my personal life and in my working life. Without this report I would not be on the self development journey as much as I am now.
I can honestly say it has changed my life.

“Challenging, but in a good way!”
I downloaded my eColours premium report from Equilibria, and booked in for 2 x one-hour workshops with Andy. It’s a long report and, whilst I have taken some time to read through it, it was so very much more enlightening to be led through analysing and understanding my e-colours tendencies with him.
The report highlighted my strengths and potential limiters. I recognised myself and my traits but had felt there was no way I was going to change.
However with Andy’s coaching, I was able to see how I can begin to challenge myself, playing to my strengths and challenging limitations.
It’s only been a few days and honestly say I have already started to change my ways! The coaching sessions were very relaxed and fun. Andy is a terrific interviewer and listener. Never once did he ‘suggest’ to me. He would challenge, he would play back what I’d said perhaps previously and he didn’t judge. As we went through the report he encouraged me to analyse for myself how to use my strengths and challenge those limitations. Great coaching!
As a result of being coached by Andy I am moving in the direction of living life with intent, rather than being stuck with limits. I will continue to challenge myself and I’ll go through the colours again later in the year to see if anything has changed.
